I can't fucking figure out how to play checkers. This stupid game makes no sense, because every move I try is apparently wrong and the rules keep changing depending on whose turn it is. I miss one forced jump and suddenly I’m not allowed to move while my pieces get taken for free. And when I finally get a king it still feels useless compared to whatever nonsense my opponent is doing.
