you've probably heard all the tips before but i would say the biggest thing is to get out for a nice long walk for at least 40 minutes during the day
this gives your body a reason/motive to go into recovery mode (eepy time)
the other major factor i would say that you should consider is your sleeping conditions
change your bedding material to 100% linen, like your sheets, comforter, pillow cases etc
also get duck feather pillows and maybe even a down comforter
obviously dont cons00m a buncha 4chan/social media stuff thats stimulating before bed either
i have a buncha other tips too if you're interested but those main ones made a huge difference
