2. What are your sugar levels? If they are high, you should drink some water, and lower your sugar intake, by drinking water. If your sugar levels are low, mix in a little bit of sugar with your water and drink some water.
3. Have you eaten recently? Are you getting your proper calories? Consider making a smoothie using water, kale, and potatoes. Or mixing in some protein powder with water, to get your calorie needs.
4. What are your vitamin levels at? You may be malnourished, consider mixing in vitimin powder with water, and drinking the water.
5. Are your clothes too tight and cutting off circulation? Take off your clothes, and take a shower, make sure its lukewarm as to not overstimulate your body. Next, wash your clothes and get some looser fitting ones. If you need to lose some weight to fit into the clothes now, I recommend drinking water, eating smoothies with water, and drinking vitamin water.
