>>23946158>Maybe i need some new activity i can enjoy but idk what thats gonna beit might be better to get a little ambitious and pick a goal & work backwards in steps, rather than thinking of it as picking a new pastime/activity
the goal might happen to be related to music/drawing, or something completely different
it really does get harder to not be bored/anhedonic as you get older, but it's a good opportunity to figure out what does actually matter to you, or at least i'd like to think so...
>On the other hand im kind of paranoid that the 25% would just try to humor me a bit but still secretly be in total disagreement. Like trying to see how weird i actually am but pretending to be interested and engaged with what im sayingi don't think almost anybody would do that consciously, and if they do, i wouldn't be comfortable talking to them anyway
but yeah, people might humor you & be "patient", i guess you have to pay attention to peoples reactions & when they get quiet/disinterested
nobody normal will suddenly "probe" you & see how weird you get, though, i wouldn't worry about that
you can always pick different spaces to practice socializing in, and if you fuck up, you lose some investment in that group, but you can always move on
it's kind of a sociopathic behavior pattern to constantly move between social groups, but you absolutely can, and i doubt you'll have to very much in order to get more confident
