beautiful and with old buildings, and a good place to grow up & explore in
but most of the promising young people move away around age 20 for one reason or another
it's kinda poor, and there isn't much opportunity or the best living conditions
it's fairly cozy, though, when the dominicans and other people don't get too bored/loud
