Im back /bant/, im here to complain about how i dont like to play vidya anymore. I miss those days playing for hours on end without a care.

Good do manual labor. Go dig a ditch, or clean some gutters. Then take out the trash. Then vacuum.
Now play some games. Trust me, it'll work.
One more tip, play Atari 2600 games for a few days, then play something like Ocarina of Time.
