Lets say that hypothetically i told the doctor some things and that totally within the realm of fiction i got invited to stay at a mental health institution, what should i do?
It sounds nice in some ways but its scary also,

Don't like really don't go, the will try to get you to take anti psychotics or hrt or anti depressants or a cocktail of all 3 and if you refuse they will throw you in the closed section in the looney bin and make up some silly reason for it.
If you take this step you are literally giving away your autonomy to the state, and I don't know if you realised it yet but that is never a good idea

They can take your autonomy away by throwing you in the closed section and they only need to make up a reason for that and say you are a danger to yourself or others.
Why do you think assault and rape stories come so much from mental hospitals? The doctors in psychiatric medicine have so much power over the patients you cant even fanthom it, its gambling with your luck.

They can also make your stay longer if they want to (the laws on the specific time frame before a psychiatrist from the state has to begutachten you also varies, i really recommend if you really want to go for some unknown reason at least inform yourself about your rights beforehand. i signed the papers and got admitted. They have free coffee and comfy beds. What can go wrong haha
so far no crazy doctors that want to lock me up when when i said that i wanna die. i guess its not as bad as people like to say

i didn't say a think. actions speak louder than words and i was starving myself because i got too happy. that broke the camels back and i got invited.

what do you mean? I also told them that i was researching and had a method in mind, face to face. Now i am writing this post from my laptop as a free man still.

This is a good opportunity to take a break from life, step back and think about what you're going through and make a plan of action to make yourself happier in the future. Idk what you want that future to be but it's obviously not what it is right now. I know it can be scary but it's not what people say it is. You're asking the schizos that don't want help what they think about therapy. Of course they're going to tell you it was awful, they violated their rights and nobody should go to therapy. You do want help otherwise you wouldn't be there. Take it seriously and use the clarity from the medication to review what you need to work on.
I've been to many facilities, wards and even interned at a PICU at McKay Dee for my psych degree. I don't think you'll end up there unless you're really resistant and a threat to yourself or others. Please don't take out your feelings on the people working there. They're trying to help you but they gotta figure out how. Some of the meds may make you feel weird. Tell them that and they'll change your meds. Communicate with your doctors and you'll come out on the other side better than before.
