there's like a horror movie effect where someone opens their mouth & you expect teeth/tongue/back of throat, but it's just black
that's happened in my nightmares a couple times
i chopped my hand with a box cutter when i was young, it was a very clean cut so i got like an anatomical cross-section before it started bleeding much
i barely nicked my right-hand thumb tendon, but didn't need surgery thankfully
i messed with the stitches a lot while it was healing, the scar is wider than it should be lol
