I love bread. Why do people not eat more bread? There's so much of it. Some bread and a little bit of cheese or meat is really all you need. Everything else is slop.

Only other Americans who only eat Wonder Bread in my experience feel like this. 90% of them shop from stores where baguettes are made or delivered daily but still go to "the bread aisle."
