the head of the OP character looks vaguely like tatsumaki but if the "artist" intended to draw tatsumaki doing the pose from the video, the proportions wouldn't look weird like that
it looks as if you applied a fuckin AI filter to the video and stuck a vaguely tatsumaki head on with the wrong hair color
