that depends on how smart the beavers are, or how well they are trained to fight. A well trained beaver will be able to severe a tendon or an artery in a glimpse of an eye. Starting from my achilles tendon and immobilizing me they coul take down and kill me while i don't have an opportunity to do anything. For such beavers i would say i could beat 1 easily but 2 would be max. On the other hand if we are talking about completely stupid and untrained beavers (which could be hard to come by as beavers are smart af, they've been building dams long before us) i would confidently say 7. They would just be biting hopelesly at my flesh while i quickly hold one and break its neck. If i feel like i'm being overwhelmed i could just kick them.
