i am going to try to refrain from drinking (again)
i didnt drink last night, and im not drinking tonight, which is a good start.
Lent begins on February 18 so i think if i can give it up until lent, and then give it up for lent; I should be gtg. Last year i gave it up for lent and i didnt even take cheat days on Sundays (i didnt want to risk it)
