Am I a big reader? Massive. Here are a few books that have influenced me. I’d say The Hypomanic Edge. It’s not a famous book, but it made me realize it’s okay that I’m wired the way I am. “Hypomanic” gives you an idea of how certain individuals are built, what they create, and how they think. It talks about craziness, business, and massive success. It’s an older book, but it had a big impact on me. I also like Barbarians to Bureaucrats. It talks about the evolution every society goes through, from Prophet to Barbarian to Builder to Explorer to Administrator to Bureaucrat to Aristocrat, and then how a Synergist comes along to save that society. Fantastic book. I’d put The 33 Strategies of War by Robert Greene on the list. Phenomenal book. Highly, highly recommend it. Blue Ocean Strategy is another one. It’s about how to separate yourself from the marketplace. If you really want to figure out a way to stand out from everybody else, you’ve got to read Blue Ocean Strategy. The Law of Success, Psycho-Cybernetics, and Power vs. Force are also great. But one that I just read and recommend everyone read is Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara. Good luck putting that book down. It’s incredible.
