/pol/ used to be pretty diverse, with a bunch of types of posters, covering the entire politically retarded rainbow of . it didn't even have an "official board ideology" as it does now. it just felt like where /b/tards go to talk bullshit about politics, up to and including idiots spamming NIGGER NIGGER NIGGER at everything. opinions were more per-thread based than overarching struggles for board domination.
