Actually, in this image he is a cross dresser, which is just blatantly a dude in women's clothing, a trap is a young extremely feminine male (some even take estrogen for the extra femininity) who dress and act like girls. If he would be a true trap you would not be able to tell that he is a dude, for a trap looks, dresses and acts pretty much just like a girl.
