I've met many gays in my life.
Natural fags do exist, probably, but they are very much a rarity. Like at least as rare as down syndrome, where the mother actually does contribute through shitty behaviour (smoking, taking the fuck-pill etc).
So in that rare case it would be llike having a downy son. Tragic.
Most gays have an 'origin story' with many potential risk factors adding up,

In the good, old times, you would've totally ignored this part. Boys would've learnt from watching sane adults interact.
And in every sane society, full gender segregation makes this easy: women flock into the kitchen, men talk shit together and drink, sexes interact sometimes but it's in rather strict roles (men help out women with broken cars, women help out fathers with sick wives etc).
We don't have this anymore, jews have taken it from us. This leaves us the awkward job of explaining the bees and the flowers thing without saying too much or too little.
