1 only female units are allowed to do combat
2 bring leanne to the tower
exceptions
1 using black knight in 1-9 is allowed
2 Ike (see below)
3 non combat actions (like shoving stealing rescue drop galdrar order direct light extinguish and use items)
4 getting attacked is fine for male characters but they cannot counterattack, if they do counterattack then the map must be reset, even if they deal insignificant/no damage to an unimportant enemy far away from the objective

Ike must never attack on player phase, except against ashera and the black knight.
Ike is allowed to counter attack
