I know there's a stigma but I tried one anti-depressant and it actually sort of helped. But the last time I tried taking them for a long period of time, they start giving horrible side effects and don't work very well so I don't know.

That's why I took one because if i take one every once in a while it can sort of provide some benefit. Oddly enough, I do feel a little bit more positive and happy. I actually want to go outside and do positive things and I feel sort of lifted above my current predicament. *sigh*

I feel like I've sort of worked something out, if I switch between CBD and ginseng or something

I used to be really open to change, but that almost became what my problem was. I was too moldable. You have to take a stand for something, and become someone. ugh I think the antidepressants just change me and probably almost make me more socially acceptable and watered down. But what I was getting at I think is that I guess I am sort of wild.

I've known this about myself for some time, but I haven't thought much of it, never truly grasping how I might be perceived that way, but I see it more clearly now.

it's just that I rarely have found anyone who really accepts me. I am too much for most people it seems. I was thinking about the 'wildness' thing, it's almost as if my feelings are just not considered correct or something. Like I have strong urges to go outside all the time and be physically active. It's not the same as wanting to just go and do something that's 'chill' and fun, because you feel this blissful euphoria or transcendent feelings No, it's like these deep seated primal urges to move around. But I don't really know what for or how. It's almost aggression, the urge to just be wild discordant and free.

And yet here I am spending most of my time thinking, when i was on the antidepressant I got really sick of thinking all the time. Like I don't want to be this professor type person know-it all, but that's not really what it is.

I remember one time, I was around all these germans and this one guy, he looked pretty normal before but everyone started laughing at something, and I remember he got really close to me and I think he was trying to unnerve me and suddenly he moved his mouth near me when he was laughing and all I could see in my field of vision was this mouth and I shit you not, he had like a full on wolf mouth, and the way his mouth and lips looked and were moving it was like a fucking wolf. That shit was fucked up, never saw something like that before.

And I just think, is that what I have to try and tolerate? because that's wild too in a sense.

But anyway, I was just fucking around again, I won't keep going any further, I'm out.

finished down ~1.5%, so it wasn't even a full step back. saw some nice tea leaves too, like arkg finishing up over 4%, snap green, software sector very green which i think was exaggerating the red in hardware. so anyway i don't think there's much to worry about. slept too much during daytime today, already wasted it smoking weed, but i think i got a reply from penelope today and she wasn't rude to me either, and if that's true, today was the best in a while.
