They're trying to say it was a rare collectible worth thousands but it was shipped in a shitty box made from a bunch of other boxes. Nothing will come of this as I guarantee the shitty seller didn't declare it to customs as hundreds or thousands of dollars in value. If the buyer or seller try to file a claim with customs and it turns out the seller put a value of $3 or $5 to avoid customs fees he'll either get a fraud charge or maybe $3 or $5 back.
