i guess you could say its a factory reset. so when you calm your mind down, and return to a more natural state of being, thats where you are ultimately suppose to be. not angry, or exhausted, or frustrated, or bored or whatever has you hung up.
then when you are enjoying some inner peace THEN you help others. which is the religeous aspect. fix yourself then you can help others.
people deny this. they dont get it. they never get to the point where they taste that single drop on their tongue of the infinite and MANY people will go their entire lives not knowing what the buddhists know, or the hindu's on the secret of life.
thats too damn bad for the bible humping christians that just want to fart sniff all day and pretend like their way of life is the ONLY way.
how foolish and in the dark some really can be. never the less christ or god can touch those without mediation. it happens to the worst people still. they still get reminded through their arrogance that the goodness of god exists. but boy oh boy. let them ram their ONLY TRUE way down your throat in stupidity.
