I will host this map under some conditions.

Bonus areas are obviously only active when you control the entire country (that includes any islands that may be found hear it).

Bonuses are not lost until you lose the entire country. So for instance if you control Italy and Germany attacks you, but only takes 1t, you still retain the bonus from Italy until Germany takes the entire country to get the bonus for themselves.

Bonuses are to be kept up by you, I won't repeatedly check to see if your bonuses are correct, and any false bonuses caught by another player will result in a penalty (assuming its not a simple mistake such as 1t you happened to overlook).

Alliances/NAPs are restricted to 1. To prevent hugboxing as best as possible.

I will be playing, because RISK has been sort of dead lately and I would like to play, using Cyan/Albania.

If everyone can agree on this and bare with me potentially making mistakes, then I will host this best I possibly can.
