>>24094473> facial bone structure- No stress, lots of sleep. School is retarded, waking kids early is bad for their development.
- High quality, nutrient-dense food.
- Chewing on tough foods (meats, fibers) because the bones need mechanical forces to grow well.
- Proper muscle posture: no mouth breathing. Should not be an issue since mouth breathing is a symptom of lack of development.
- No restrictive orthodontics. Teeth crowding is a symptom of lack of bone development (jaws too small for all the teeth).
- DO NOT let an orthodontist remove teeth, go to an orthodontist who does palate EXPANSION in case of teeth crowding.
Your kids should be good. But if somehow they do not develop properly, surgery can help in adulthood (they cut up the jaws, reposition them, fix them with plates, and the bone fills up the gaps).
My parents were ignorant so I did not develop properly. I had sleep apnea and looked ugly. I paid for my own surgery at age 30. It fixed things partially, I look much better (not as much as I should have but everybody told me it's huge improvement), and I don't have sleep apnea anymore.
