https://pastebin.com/xLwEUtMgmorning starts out sending my macros through the roof with 2x cups of coffee w/ heavy cream + coconut oil which also gives me a TON of energy
breakfast/lunch (at 11am) is just 3x eggs, butter, cheese with avocado and you can add/swap the avocado for sour cream or cream cheese
if you need more sustenance than that add in some nuts before you eat your eggs (walnuts are brain food!)
i'll have some string cheese in the afternoon for a snack, maybe more nuts, cucumbers etc if im hungry
dinner is the BIG MEAL the one that its satisfying and filling and typically what i do is cook up a protein (chicken or ground beef)
steam up a bunch of veggies (broccoli cauliflower or brussel sprouts typically)
then in my pan i cooked the protien i'll pour in the steamed veggies, add cream cheese, sour cream, cheeese (omg) with a little heavy cream, and mash all that shit together
put it in a bowl, top it with some meat i put on the side with avo
and then i've got what you see i made this week, but this week i added some sausages on top too
typically have 2x more days worth of food leftover after all that to heat up
anyways, i know its a lot to read but its really not too difficult once you get in the groove
I also 'got here', starting with the ingredients list and tossing things in is the best start imho
