I've never had anyone explain to me how it is feasible that human bodies can exist for long-term in space or different planets. Human bodies literally start shutting down when in space too long. Everything from our heart beat, to digestion, to bone density, every little thing physical, which is everything, is tuned to Earth. Our hearts collapse, our veins turn solid, or muscles atrophy and degenerate exponentially. Combine that with the fact that faster than light speed is impossible, and worm holes probably don't exist according to my physicists, I believe it is impossible for us to colonize deep space, or probably even near space. One also needs to take in account radiation, and gravity, which when changed basically destroy our innards. IQ is also 60-80% genetic, and the world average IQ is 88, and projected to be 77 by 2100. We also must take the declining intelligence into account.
Only self-replicating artificially intelligent machines will be able to survive out there.
I know that's not the popular star trek world you want to live in, but that's reality.
