Welcome to the most overly complicated 4chan risk you've ever played! So complicated, it comes with its own computational aide for the gamemaster (https://ran.2hu.moe/jbojcj.html).
1. Read the rules (or don't, from the player's perspective it's played exactly the same as any other Risk)
2. Pick a color
3. Pick a name
4. Pick a religion (Christianity, Islam & Paganism - each comes with its own pros/cons)
5. Pick a starting location
KNOWN ISSUES:
• The lack of a states/capitals system to increase roll power alongside nation size makes for very dull/repetitive late-game.
• Exact roll amounts still need some balancing.
These will be addressed, but I still need exact play statistics to really know which way to take this. This is why this thread now here.
