Hey pol. Im trying to help my girlfriend in the Philippines get her tourist visa so she can can over here to america and visit. She lives in leyte. Now does she have to fly to manila just to habe her visa interview or is there other ways for her to do it without having to travel so far. They are very poor and cant afford the plane ticket.
