Just switched from (((google chrome))) to firefox nightly and i have to say I do like it, firefox has way more addons/customization. I do find chrome is a bit better for watching youtube videos but i rarely get lag on nightly. What browsers do you guys use and why?

I found out yesterday that firefox has way more themes for free, they even have animated free themes.

Wow I just made the switch from chrome to nightly a couple days ago too . Most of the reason I enjoy it you better much covered but I don't get lag when I watching youtube videos

I use Waterfox on Wangblows 7 because Mozilla is cucked.
Opera on Mint, about as good as Firefox, but Ff has a better new tab customization.
Brave on phone. Fast, built-in addblock and anti-tracking. Mobile version > desktop version so far.

I used firefox a few years ago, it would always lag for me when I was trying to watch youtube videos. Then I switched to chrome and it felt more light-weight and I had no issues watching vids or anything. I just got tired of being part of a botnet that's why I switched to nightly, and like i said i barely get lag now when I watch youtube videos on nightly.

I've wanted to try linux mint but I do enjoy playing video games, I know about wine but I'm pretty sure your games are more likely to lag in linux due to poor optimization. I'll check out brave mobile tho.

Just dual boot if you wanna keep windows for gaming.
I bought a cheap HDD on eBay but you could install them both on the same HDD if that's more convenient.

I can't really remember what made me switch. Though I guess it was that some pages didn't load anymore, not even after a clean install of windows. That might've been a temporary bug, however I got all my shit in the botnet now and it's hard to go back
