I'd avoid third world anything as much as I could and buy meats, dairy, & produce locally as much as possible. Growing stuff yourself is even better.
You can make awesome things, yourself, from scratch- even snack crackers. It's cheaper, tastes 100% better, and you know where it came from (cleanliness & safety).
