Healthier food (vegetables, fruit, etc) is usually more expensive than our dog shit processed food if you are purchasing from a big chain store (Walmart, etc).
If something says all natural do not believe it and if something says organic that can also be a lie too. Something can say free of MSG (monosodium glutamate), but that is usually a lie, because they just use another term instead of MSG, such as autolyzed yeast extract. Another term to avoid is HFCS (high fructose corn syrup and the other term for it is refiners syrup or fructose). All those two terms do is make you want to eat whatever the food is that contains it all at once and not feel truly full, then you would eventually feel like shit after consuming said food later in the day.
Fast food is terrible no matter what you get.
In the USA, corporations take terms you would think are correct for example on a food product, but they are false, because most of the time they mask a terrible ingredient. It is sad as shit, but that is how the powerful elite owners of this country make their money by lying to their slaves (which is what happens practically everywhere).
