Well, there are two main ways of hosting those games. You have live rolls and math rolls. Live rolls are pretty self explanatory, the first roll is the first move that will be executed. Math rolls are a bit more complicated and there isn't only one way to do them. Basically, it's when you wait for all players to roll before you really execute any orders, it prevents some autistic actions, but creates some other ones. I don't think there really is an objectively better one, it's all about preference
