>>2548927My guess is that the day-to-day living doesn't exactly lend itself to adventure or new things. You wake up, you do your routine, you work, you come home, you chill, you sleep, you wake up and repeat the entire thing all over again.
And even if you set up certain days to do something "different", that soon because a normal task.
What you should do is stop doing at least one thing you enjoy entirely for a while and replace it with something else. That music you normally listen to? Change it to something else. Be brave and click on one of those "recommended for you" links or try to find new channels dedicated to a different kind of sound entirely. If you're not really the outgoing type, maybe change that a little. Get out a bit more, meet some new people. Have simple, casual conversations that doesn't lead to any pressure of friendship. If you are the outgoing type, then stay in for a while. Find a new hobby and practice it even if you aren't very good.
Basically, just change up enough small things periodically in your day-to-day life to start stimulating those juices again. Hell, even rearranging your room can help do that. If you keep repeating the same events, in the same way, day after day then you'll start to stagnate. And stagnation is terrible; you're not really living. You're just existing as you slowly rot away. Don't let that happen, man. It's time to change a few things up.
