I've been on 4chan since 2006ish and the truth is most of the 'racist Nazi' aren't really that hate-filled, they just enjoy the ability to vent and talk as much shit as they want.
As far as FIXING the problem? Well you can't fix it without forcing African Americans to take a bit of responsibility for themselves.
Shit like AA hurts them, shit like illegal immigration hurts them too but beyond all of that what hurts them the MOST is the democratic voting plantation.
