And while that circle goes on, entire boards continue to fall.
The only real true way to "fix" anything is to purge the site. Shut it down without warning, leave it down for sometime, then bring it back. And when it is back, have mods who can actually keep their eyes on things and keep shit in check while still encouraging a certain board culture. It's not hard.
