I remember a friend showing me this rapper, and it was pretty cool. I have forgotten the name of the guy. Don't remember the song, either. I DO, however, remember the cover art.

It was a Pokémon trainer with a Pepe face fishing for Pokémon, with a Pepe Magikarp looking out at the trainer from the water.
