So I have this friend, ok. This friend, who happens to be mentally ill, has slowely opened up to me about himself over the past couple years. Today he gets drunk and tells me he has a rape/murder fantasy and that the only real thing stopping him are the consequences. From what I've gathered this could be stemming from early childhood sexual development involving genital mutilation and shaming by his family. He is also a severe alcoholic drinking at least ten shots a night from 99 proof but I often see him go through 3/4 "four loco's".

what would people in other countries do? thinking of getting him admitted but apparently it's happened a couple times already
