There are exactly two reasons that could warrant him being hired at Google:
Either it's because of all the captchas 4chan has filled, or it's because of moot's experience with 'online toxicity' of some sort, basically forbidden opinions.
Given the nature of Google neither of those sound very good and half of them sound almost dystopian if you know what is up with Google in general.
