Its pretty..hmm..how would i put it, mediocre and impractical. Because its diplomas are not recognised by all the good countries, plus doctors wages in russia is very low, and that taking into consideration the fact that wages are really low here in general. Corruption is extreme here, i think medschools are not "equipped" very good either. You should look at Germany prbbly. You also can probabbly use your skins darker colour to score soome diversity points there too. If you do have darker skin, ofcourse.
