the question I would pose to you is to what extent should the past generation have influence over the next?
we teach our children to do as we do, to not do as we don't wish as to help form society into a better form of itself by way of generational experience
if laws aren't to be used in such a fashion, is it reasonable to assume that society would pick up the slack on its own and become just in the face of a lack of generational guidance in the form of law, just or no?
I'd like to agree to that, my concern is the practicality of such an arrangement and it's something I simply cannot speak to with my lack of knowledge
