can't speak for lithuania but it's pretty easy here in cz. that being said a lot of the acid sold here are nBOMEs (which i like, but they're nowhere near as interesting of an experience as the real thing) or some other junk. no idea why so few people know about this, but you can always legally buy research chemicals on the internet, and especially LSD-like substances are great (1P-LSD ETH-LAD and AL-LAD are the best) since they metabolize to LSD in the body and are for all intents and purposes the same thing. But make sure to find a reputable vendor since you can easily be scammed or sent a shit product.
