I got the diagnosis same time I decided to pull my life together and go back to university, so it's still a work in progress. The "solutions" provided to me all failed me so now I'm mostly just back fixing it on my own like I always do. I get a few minor benefits (extra time on my exams and shit) and it did play a bit of a role in getting funding for my education
