I have only showered once a week for over a year now, and I don't get smelly. You shouldn't shower/wash every day, it's kinda unnatural and makes your body/hair produce more oil than needed.

as long as you live and eat healthily your odors actually smell GOOD to other people. Dem pheromones yo. some days I go from one job (physical labor in 90+ degree temperatures) straight to a food service job, and actually get comments on smelling nice! I never shower before my double days either, since I always want to shower after.
