Why is it appealing? I myself like how anime is drawn, but why do people take it a step further and go crazy about it? I mean, It's cancerous. Explain to me, how anime is more than just a cartoon. It's the same general idea as that distant uncle who collects and obsesses over model cars or that metalhead who obsesses and collects metal merchandise. People are passionate about their hobbies and interests.

I only post anime for the reaction images and the only ones i usually find are the moe ones, since its posted the most. They also conveys emotions pretty well.The only moe I have seen was Lucky Star but it didn't have appeal to me. Things like made in abyss or code geass are entertaining, i rarely watch much anime now since its mostly moe or heavy fanservice.

By cancerous, I mean - When your sitting next to the asian table in the library at school, and they all are watching anime on laptops breathing ehavily. Little did they know the entire library hears them breathing heavily as they watch DragonBallZ or some shit.

That's why I pretty much only watch shit I know I'll like. Baccano, Durarara, One Punch Man, Black Lagoon, BHA, the Persona 4 anime.
