Might get my friend to watch it after I've seen it cause he said he didn't want to mess with the ending, and I have some vague idea of what happens due to an OP on /a/ I caught a glance of, so I might as well watch it anyway, especially if it's good and doesn't fuck with it (not to say I've been spoiled, I just know something vague that I would imagine is pretty early on).
I've only seen Bakemonogatari, it's alright; good I guess, but nothing special, people seem to like it though so I dunno. The lack of background or side characters is certainly unique.
