>>2699856Having a life doesn't even need to mean "having many friends and going out" but more like "having things you like to do" instead of vegetating browsing the internet mindlessly or playing videogames. The friends tend to come naturally with that if you want and don't shoo people away.
There were other times when I didn't have many friends and would stay alone for large periods of time. I occupied myself with hobbies (non-computer ones like gardening, cooking, working out, etc) and I'd go biking for hours on end whenever I had too much free time.
Always been kind of a loner tBh. That does not excuse you to be a masturbophile.
