"0" is the null space separating B1 and 1. The imaginary line between the ceiling of B1 and the floor of 1. 1 is the space between 0 and the first ceiling. You can't occupy 0. That's silly.
We count the places you can occupy, not the lines in-between. Therefore the first floor is the floor of the first story. Just like the first ceiling is the ceiling of the first story.
Which one would you call the first ceiling? the ceiling to the "ground floor"? Or is that called "ground ceiling" LMFAO
