Those things would be easier to kill than a lion, and there are tribes in Africa that hunted lions as a rite of passage. Only the really big dinos like Allosaurus and whatnot would pose a real threat to humans, cause spears wouldn't be enough to take those things down.

The way old iceage tribes used to hunt mammoths was by cornering them with spears or make them run onto a huge ass net making it trip and fall onto it, then they would spear it to death if im not mistaken
Maybe they could of done the same with Allosaurus, they did had to deal with tigers and wolfes the sice of bears and bears the sice of trucks, so i think they would of adapted

My favorite prehistoric animals though are the therapsids. Mostly because there is nothing like them today that we can compare them to. We don't even know if they laid eggs or gave live birth.

Well the color is just an estimation since you cant really tell from a fossil, less one as old as form th carboniferous, but the fact that the meganeuropsis could rival the wingspan of an eagle makes it all worth it
