You can't; you either learn to live with it, kill yourself, or it goes away if it was caused by something very specific.
No-one can help you, so don't even ask. At best, you'll just get meme tier suggestions that are utterly worthless. At worst, they'll attack you. They don't really care, either. It's impossible to empathize with such a thing. Medical science has no answer aside from tricking brainlets into believing they're fine now, that's what `therapy' is; it doesn't work unless you have a certain personality type that is totally subservient to anyone it considers 'in charge'. SSRIs had many side effects and are placebo.
You have to figure out what makes it worse on your own, then avoid that. You won't ever truly cure it.
