B and A are safe because the trajectory of that ball will never hit them, that inclination at the bottom means that the ball is thrown backwards, but there isn't enough energy for it to be thrown back at E, and if the ball is launched C is anyway already dead.
If the ball has low enough friction, it will not slow enough while sliding and it will just impact the full ball, coming to a rest and saving C, but depending on how high friction is, the ball might actually stomp on that lever, imparting enough energy to bring the other ball above the fulcrum, and therefore making it roll backwards, killing C.
