What is a dish that I, as an american, have likely not seen or eaten? I've been poor for a very long time, and now I have money to cook decent meal. Looking to try something new. I am not a picky eater, of course, so the more wild, and dare I say, ethnic, the better. Preferably recommend from your nation! :)
