Being attracted to feminine body, for a male, describes heterosexuality. Being attracted to someone who was once a male, but is now, for all intents and purposes, a female, simply BECAUSE of this fact, is fetish. Is it a gay fetish? I guess it depends on how the individual describes their attraction.
